Fringe 2026 | Monkey Barrel Comedy

ON THIS MONTH

Monkey Barrel Comedy has been described as the "beating heart" of the Edinburgh Fringe by The Telegraph and "Fringe heroes" by The Metro. We were home to 'Best Show' in 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2026, we'll be hosting hundreds of performers over eight venues. We've already announced 150+ incredible comedy shows. Tatty Macleod: Things My Mother Did (WIP)

In this new work in progress, Tatty reviews her mum’s life choices (including moving to France, digging a trench, repairing her own septic tank) and contrasts it against her own (childfree, unmarried, doesn’t own a septic tank).
