Introducing The Monkey Barrel Comedy Patreon

A new way to get closer to the "beating heart" of live comedy in Scotland.

The last few years have been really special for Monkey Barrel Comedy. Since we made it out of the pandemic, we’ve hosted five Edinburgh Comedy Awards winners, welcomed hundreds of top touring acts, and even had a makeover on BBC1’s Interior Design Masters.

But above all else, it’s been special because we’ve expanded the community of people who make the club so special – comedy fans, performers, colleagues, partners, and collaborators.

Today, we’re excited to announce a new way for you to be an even bigger part of that community - the Monkey Barrel Comedy Patreon.

This isn’t about putting up paywalls or hiding shows behind subscriptions. It’s about giving our most loyal visitors something extra - earlier access, exclusive perks, special discounts, and a closer connection to the club you’re already a huge part of.

As Monkey Barrel Comedy has grown, we’ve repeatedly been asked the same questions:
