Do you take group bookings?
We do, but they are limited and you cannot book large groups online. If you are a looking to book a group into one of our shows, please send us an email to email@example.com
Where do I pick up my tickets?
It's all online these days; we will email you a confirmation of your booking. You can print it off and bring it with you, or just show us on your phone when you arrive.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Absolutely, you can buy on the door. Weekends often sell out so we would recommend booking online. Our box office is located in the Barrel Bar, which is open before all our shows.
Does my ticket guarantee me a seat?
Yes! We will only ever sell tickets for seats we have available. Our seating is however unreserved so for the best seats please arrive early.
When should I arrive?
Door to our shows are always one hour before show time. The Barrel Bar will be open before this if you want to be first in line. Please be aware that late comers may not be permitted or may be asked to wait till an interval to be seated.
Do you have disabled access?
As an old Edinburgh venue we do not have disabled access in our MB3 venue. However, do have wheelchair access to all MB1 shows. If you are unsure as to which venue your will be in please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you have a bar?
Yes, both in the show venues and upstairs in our Barrel Bar. Head on early for pre-show drinks, pizza, great tunes, free foosball and coming soon - 6 holes of crazy golf which you guessed it?! Is free too!
Do you do Hospitality Packaged or room hire?
Yes, we offer some of the most unique and best reviewed experiences in the city. Our Bars and both show venues are available from everything from small corporate occasions to private functions and parties. See our Hospitality section for more information.
